At the heart of this technology is the Cortec™ Quad spring system—a glue-free, fully recyclable pocket spring unit that combines strength and flexibility. Each spring works independently to support the body with remarkable precision. The Cortec Quad Revolution builds on this, using dual layers of glue-free springs for enhanced responsiveness, improved airflow, and even greater durability.

Posturfil® and HD Micro Springs

Layered above the core are thousands of advanced micro springs. Posturfil® springs provide a softer, pressure-relieving comfort layer that adapts to the body, helping to ease tension in the shoulders and hips. Sitting above these, the even smaller HD (High Density) springs create an incredibly fine-tuned level of contouring. Natural Fillings and EcoTex

Surrounding these spring systems are layers of natural fibres such as Yorkshire wool, hemp, flax, and cotton. ‘Clever Sleep Technology’

Fact: synthetics are not what they used to be. At Sleep matters, our synthetic bedding range contains Smartfil® fibres which has been glazed with a silicone layer. The glaze creates a silky soft feel, and enables the fibres to shift and shape around you as you move in your sleep. This clever coating also helps the fibres retain their loft and fluffiness throughout their lifetime – even after repeated washing!
