Over the past couple of months all our lives have changed in a way none of us could have possibly imagined. Our wonderful store has remained closed for the safety of our clients and ourselves, and we would like to thank everybody for the understanding and patience shown to us during this difficult time. The government has begun to release guidelines on how small businesses and retail can look to open their doors to the community once again. We have been carefully putting into place the cleaning measures and safety requirements so that we can do this safely. We very much hope to be open by early June offering appointments to those who need them.
Q. I can’t get to store, can I shop online?
Yes, we have been working hard to cater to the members of our community who, for any reason, are unable to come to our store. Customers will soon be able to shop our online Velocity range from Harrison Spinks, and purchase a high quality mattress with next day delivery.
Q. Can I still come to store?
Yes, in line with government guidelines and advice we will soon be open. We will also be offering appointments for those who require one – this is to ensure that the bed buying process at Sleep Matters remains a relaxing, enjoyable and most of all a safe one. Q. Are deliveries still taking place?
Yes, delivery and installation will soon be taking place. We will be offering several options to ensure your new bed and mattress is delivered and installed as safely as possible. Non contact deliveries, which will be delivered to the door, will be an option for our clients. However, we understand this will not be suitable for all our clients. For those clients who require delivery and installation to a room of their choice, we will still offer this service free of charge. We ask that clients remove any obstructions before delivery and avoid contact with our delivery team to ensure this can be done safely. Our delivery drivers will wear gloves and masks which will be disposed of after each delivery and will have access to hand sanitiser in-between deliveries.
Q. Is the removal service still available?
At this time, we cannot offer this service to our clients. We hope to resume this as quickly as possible, but safety is paramount and cross contamination cannot be risked at this time.
Sleep Matters is a family run business which has been providing our community with high quality mattresses and beds since our business was established. We hope to continue, with your support and loyalty, for many years to come.
